Speaker Bio
Jonathan Chapman is an ordinary guy with a desire to see people live extraordinary lives. His passion to see everyone maximize their potential by realizing their God-given purpose drives his work in both ministry and business.

In August 2015, Jonathan led his family from Norfolk, VA to begin preparations for planting a new ministry in Omaha, NE. In October of 2016 they launched Church On Purpose in the Hartman Avenue neighborhood of North Omaha. As Founding Pastor of Church On Purpose, Jonathan provides the spiritual oversight for the church with an emphasis on keeping the vision and mission of the church in step with the Holy Spirit, on target with the Bible, and teaching individuals how to be Kingdom Citizens in the world today. A growing ministry with strong emphasis on building relationships and supporting the community, Church On Purpose is focused on helping people understand their faith and live it, understand their purpose and pursue it, and understand their vision and build it.
While serving as the Senior Pastor of Church On Purpose, Jonathan is also employed by the African American Empowerment Network. As the Village Zone Faith Leader Coordinator, Jonathan employs the Adopt-A-Block strategy to empower churches and faith-based organizations to reach the city by reaching their block. He also works to support churches in building capacity by connecting them with resources, information, and opportunities to collaborate throughout the community. In his time with the Empowerment Network, Jonathan has helped to coordinate and facilitate over 30 Community Dumpster Days in partnership with Habitat for Humanity and the North Omaha Neighborhood Alliance, and over 25 Community Prayer Services in partnership with nearly 30 North Omaha churches over the last two years.
He currently serves as Board Chair for the Hartman Avenue Neighborhood Association, committee member for the Presbyterian Church’s Self-Development of People Committee, serves with the Mount View Elementary School PTCO, and Board member for the Omaha Street School.
In addition to his community engagement, he is the owner and CEO of RealQuick Solutions LLC, a streaming media and media consultation company training and employing teens in the community to be present and polished in the realm of live streaming.
Jonathan believes deep in his heart that the problems of the world are the direct result of a lack of purpose, a lack of freedom to pursue that purpose, and misunderstandings about faith. His life is his best attempt at helping to bring about resolution to those problems. He has great compassion for all people and a hunger to help them become everything God has created them to be.
Jonathan and his wife Jene’ live in North Omaha with their four children, David (11), Jada (9), Joseph (5), and Maya (3).
